What you can expect.
Learning time is working time
We plan time for onboarding and the expertise you need for your tasks. You learn new products and tools during paid working hours.
Equipment provided by Extraara
We provide the hardware, software and access needed for your role. You do not have to pay personally for software subscriptions required for work.
A supported start
We work through your first tasks together. You receive examples and feedback, and know whom to approach with technical questions.
Time off remains time off
We agree when you need to be available for coordination. Outside your working hours, we expect neither replies to messages nor work on new tasks.
You can discuss support before applying.
Do you need information in another format or prefer to ask questions in writing? Tell us what you need. You do not have to disclose a diagnosis.
We use the name and form of address you give us. Queer and neurodivergent people are expressly welcome. You can also report barriers or discriminatory behaviour to [email protected].
