Check a file without uploading it.
With ExtraProof, recipients should be able to check whether a Creation Record is unchanged and belongs to the file they have received. They do not need an account or to send the file to Extraara.
Verify performs the check in the browser. The result separates the record’s integrity from its connection to the file, making clear what was technically checked.

From the first conversation to handover
You do not need a finished technical specification. A description of the task and an overview of the current workflow are enough for the first conversation.
Understand the task
What should the application make easier? Who will use it? We discuss the current workflow and record which problem should be solved first.
Agree the scope
We describe functions, technical prerequisites and responsibilities. On that basis, we agree the effort and next steps.
Build and review together
You see the application during development. Feedback informs the next steps, and core workflows are tested.
Hand over and develop further
Handover includes the agreed access and understandable documentation. Operation, maintenance and further development are agreed explicitly.

Do we need a completed specification?
No. Start by describing the task, the people who will use the application and the current workflow. Together we clarify the requirements and define the first usable version.
Can you develop existing software further?
We first review the existing code, interfaces and documentation. This includes licences, access rights and technical dependencies. We can then assess which improvements make sense and where preparatory work is needed.
How are costs and schedules agreed?
Planning depends on the agreed scope, existing systems and the coordination required. We record services and terms before implementation. If requirements change, we discuss the effects on effort and deadlines.
What happens after handover?
We agree the documentation and access included in handover and the rights of use. Hosting, maintenance, updates and later support are explicitly defined, so responsibility after handover is clear.
