Who takes on a task, which information do they need and who receives the result? We examine how tasks are allocated and information is passed on.
For example, a customer enquiry arrives by email and is copied into several lists. At handover, information or ownership is missing. Together with the people involved, we establish what information is needed, who records it and how the next person accesses it.
Possible working documents: A description of the revised workflow, allocation of tasks and proposals for handovers.
