When you send the contact form, your email address, chosen topic, message and optional name or organisation are transmitted to Extraara over an encrypted connection and stored as a request in our own helpdesk. We use these details to handle your request and reply by email. The form sets a necessary session cookie, restricted to the form endpoint, for up to 30 minutes. It does not save your entries in browser storage. Technical identifiers used to prevent abuse and duplicate submissions contain no message text and are removed within seven days. You can email us directly instead. Please do not submit manuscripts, confidential records, credentials or sensitive personal data. The form uses ALTCHA to protect against automated spam. Extraara hosts both the script and verification. Your browser solves a short computational task; your message is not sent to a CAPTCHA provider, and this check sets no additional cookies or creates behavioural profiles.
